Bridge (causeway) جسر

In a dream it is the straight Sunna (path). It may indicate knowledge, guidance, fasting, prayer, and everything by which a person is saved from the torment of the Hereafter and the toil of this world. It may indicate the worshipper who bears harm patiently, or one through whose hands needs are fulfilled, such as the chamberlain and the gatekeeper. It indicates wealth, the wife, the child and the mother, each bridge according to its kind: the bridge of the main highway, compared to lesser ones, is a person with authority, especially if it is built of stone and baked brick; and if it is a small bridge, it is a gatekeeper, a chamberlain or a procurer. If a bridge built of stone becomes built of earth, it indicates a change in the condition of whoever it represents; and conversely, if an earthen bridge becomes built of stone or brick, it indicates increase and good for whoever it represents. As for one who becomes a bridge, he will attain authority, and people will need him, his standing and what he has.
